URI specializes in Historic Preservation, Restoration, and Renovation.  We have maintained close relationships with architects who specialize in period appropriate design when considering alteration to historic buildings. We work closely with your city or town's Historic Commission in order to correctly restore or add to your building. Our in house carpenters and vetted group of contractors pay special attention to the details required to work on Pennsylvania's oldest homes.
